This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Guides cross-functional teams in addressing intricate customer requirements.
• Formulates strategic initiatives designed to enhance customer relationships and ensures long-term value creation.
• Assists clients in navigating moderate technical challenges that arise at specific points in time.
• Acts as the main point of contact between clients, account management teams, and internal divisions.
• Monitors moderate outstanding support queries and collaborates with customer support to expedite resolutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Health Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year with a Master’s degree in areas like Technical Consulting, Customer Advocacy, Post-Sales Operations, Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar field.
• Preferably well-versed in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Strong technical acumen and a solid technical foundation.
• Experience in health IT, including Healthcare Information Systems or eHealth.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.
• Bilingual in French (C2) and proficient in English (C1 level or higher).
