This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with designated accounts while gaining insights into the client’s strategic objectives and their overall influence on mission and operational results.
• Provide leadership in project management, coordination, and architectural direction for the client's cybersecurity, Zero Trust, and Illumio product initiatives within DoD/Military settings (preferably Air Force).
• Oversee and manage complex requests across multiple client projects, facilitating collaboration between customer stakeholders and internal Illumio teams.
• Deliver clear and insightful product feedback to Illumio Product Management teams, drawing from military mission scenarios, operational limitations, and specific requirements.
• Grasp the customer’s overarching business and mission challenges while serving as an advisory resource for best practices and promoting the adoption of Illumio solutions.
• Conduct health assessments, document outcomes, and offer best-practice suggestions.
• Act as a customer advocate within Illumio to ensure that escalated issues are addressed promptly.
• Assist customers in preventing and/or alleviating issues through proactive guidance based on extensive experience with clients.
• Gather metrics and create reports that reflect program health and advancement (including adoption, outcomes, risk mitigation, and operational readiness).
• While this is a remote position, candidates must be willing to travel approximately 30% of the time for client meetings.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in supporting SaaS enterprise software.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity industry products, firewalls, Zero Trust architecture, and security best practices.
• A strong technical foundation in advanced security (technical certifications are preferred).
• Additional experience in data center infrastructure, operating systems, desktop deployments, system administration, and/or technical architecture is desirable.
• Experience in deploying enterprise security solutions, preferably in regulated or high-assurance environments.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
