This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical liaison for a specific portfolio of RTB House clients.

• Analyze and resolve campaign performance challenges, including intricate discrepancies, frequency assessments, publisher and host performance metrics, tag drop-offs, and other significant campaign-related issues.

• Oversee pacing and delivery to confirm that campaigns meet both budgetary and client objectives.

• Collaborate closely with clients to guarantee that RTB House tracking codes are operating effectively across their websites, providing troubleshooting support as needed.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and the establishment of best practices throughout the TAM team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience, along with 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager role or as a Campaign Manager, preferably in the digital advertising sector.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp the intricacies of our DSP to enhance and optimize monthly client outcomes.

• Practical experience with The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Xandr, Amazon DSP, or other demand-side platforms (DSPs).

• Proficient with product feeds and capable of swiftly and accurately analyzing data using Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools.

• Experience utilizing Google Analytics, with a solid understanding of how to set up and interpret data within the platform at an advanced level.

• Ideally, possess the ability to read code; knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or Python would be advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to learn new products rapidly, often possessing an instinctual understanding of how features function.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across various teams and stakeholders. Capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem, encompassing DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding.
