This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical liaison for a specific portfolio of RTB House business.

• Analyze and resolve campaign performance challenges, including complex discrepancies, frequency assessments, publisher and host efficiency, tag drop-offs, and other critical campaign matters.

• Oversee pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns meet both budgetary and client objectives.

• Collaborate closely with clients to verify that RTB House tracking codes operate correctly across their websites, providing troubleshooting support as needed.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and the development of best practices within the TAM team.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience with over 3 years in a Technical Account Manager role or as a Campaign Manager, preferably in digital advertising.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly grasp the functionalities of our DSP to enhance and optimize monthly client outcomes.

• Practical experience with The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Xandr, Amazon DSP, or similar demand-side platforms (DSPs).

• Proficient understanding of product feeds and capable of swiftly and accurately interpreting data using Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis tools.

• Experience with Google Analytics, including the ability to configure and interpret data within the platform at an advanced level.

• Ideally, possess coding knowledge; familiarity with HTML, Javascript, or Python would be advantageous.

• Quick learner with an innate understanding of how to efficiently utilize new products and features.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven history of collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging, and bidding.
