This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Act as a regular weekly point of contact for the client, overseeing daily business-as-usual (BAU) activities and ensuring prompt execution through personal accountability, internal cooperation, and efficient utilization of available resources.
• Formulate and supervise channel implementation strategies that are in line with channel technical specifications and Rithum's platform capabilities.
• Propel tactical execution strategies across the Rithum platform, incorporating operational workflows and commercial mechanisms such as repricing, promotional planning, and algorithmic optimization to boost visibility and maximize revenue generation.
• Perform technical assessments, pinpointing areas for enhancement and providing forward-looking suggestions that align with client objectives.
• Serve as a reliable technical advisor, assisting clients in overcoming challenges and realizing value through the effective deployment of Rithum’s solutions.
• Take ownership of resolving intricate technical issues in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Client Success Engineering teams.
• Facilitate communication between client technical teams and Rithum’s internal teams to ensure mutual comprehension and efficient execution.
• Aid in technical roadmap planning, feature adoption, and product feedback loops with strategic clients.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of platform functionality, data flows, and emerging capabilities.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical account management, implementation, solutions engineering, or e-commerce within a B2B SaaS environment, or in a marketplace role with a brand or retailer.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise or strategic clients with technical onboarding, platform integration, and continuous optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Foundational knowledge of channel requirements, data mapping, and feed architecture.
• Proven ability to manage technical projects and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Copilot and a comfort level in using AI-driven tools within daily activities, along with an ongoing interest in emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, or similar workflow/project tracking tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, focusing on root cause analysis and resolution.
