This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture consultative relationships with designated Success Premium clients.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer environments, encompassing architecture, workflows, stakeholders, and potential risks.
• Convert customer insights into customized technical recommendations that enhance adoption and deliver value.
• Proactively suggest features, configurations, and best practices that align with customer objectives.
• Identify and address risks before they affect operations.
• Facilitate the adoption of new capabilities that yield measurable business results.
• Coordinate internal resources across Support, Engineering, Services, and Sales Operations.
• Collaborate with Operational TAMs to ensure seamless continuity between proactive and reactive interactions.
• Showcase value and minimize risk to positively impact retention and renewal metrics.
• Over 7 years of experience in technical account management or equivalent enterprise SaaS positions.
• Proven experience in supporting strategic or premium enterprise clients.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to influence adoption and retention results.
