Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and present engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, and webinars.

• Offer comprehensive technical insights and customized post-sales content tailored to customer requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor and main technical contact.

• Promote the adoption and further integration of LocalStack among various teams by conducting discovery sessions and addressing technical concerns.

• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide actionable product feedback based on customer interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical knowledge in cloud computing concepts and technologies (strong AWS skills preferred).

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and application development frameworks (e.g., Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, Serverless).

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect Associate) or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Understanding of cloud development processes, development/testing feedback loops, and local cloud development platforms.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance technical skills.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment (preferred).
