Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and present engaging technical presentations, demonstrations, and webinars.

• Offer comprehensive technical insights and customized post-sales content tailored to client requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a reliable advisor and technical contact.

• Promote the adoption and further integration of LocalStack across various teams through discovery sessions and by resolving technical concerns.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide actionable product feedback based on customer engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both English and Portuguese.

• Extensive technical understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies; strong AWS expertise is preferred.

• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and application development frameworks such as Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, and Serverless.

• Relevant technical certifications, such as AWS Solution Architect Associate, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Familiarity with cloud development processes, dev/test feedback loops, and local cloud development platforms.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred.
