This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer use cases, data products, and industry trends to facilitate customer success and ongoing utilization.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver technical consultation and assistance during customer interactions.
• Examine and resolve customer data delivery, integration, and technical support challenges.
• Verify customer data extracts and delivery outputs to ensure quality and accuracy before delivery.
• Address escalated customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and facilitating prompt resolutions.
• Work in tandem with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to relay customer feedback, recurring challenges, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Aid customers in comprehending APIs, delivery methods, and technical documentation.
• Assess data quality issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and corrective measures.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep precise internal documentation regarding customer issues, workflows, and technical procedures.
• Assist with onboarding activities as required from a technical consultation and escalation management standpoint.
• Remain updated on evolving technologies, data delivery techniques, and customer technical requirements.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, confidentiality obligations, and relevant data handling standards.
• 3–5 years of experience in working with healthcare data, including healthcare claims, EHR, clinical, provider, payer, or related healthcare datasets.
• Background in a Technical Account Manager, Technical Support, Data Operations, Customer Success, or a similar customer-facing technical position.
• Knowledge of healthcare data workflows, processing methodologies, and data delivery environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare data privacy, compliance, and regulated data settings.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers in a SaaS, healthcare technology, analytics, or data-driven context is preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage complex customer scenarios.
• Proficiency with APIs, structured data formats (JSON, CSV, XML), and concepts of technical data integration.
• Working knowledge of SQL and experience in investigating data-related issues.
• Exposure to cloud-based technologies and enterprise data environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or similar technologies is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly adaptable with the ability to navigate shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional customer empathy and relationship management skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with keen attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Some travel may be required
