This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance custom FIAs for PLD, including the identification of data fields, logic, and mappings necessary for precise performance reporting.
• Manage data ingestion workflows, ensuring the validation of incoming client files, formatting, field mapping, cleaning, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Facilitate API integrations for data transfers, ongoing data synchronization, event tracking, and cross-system updates, collaborating with Engineering/Dev for technical implementation.
• Take ownership of target list segmentation requirements (Tier 1, Tier 2, geography, specialty, claims-based logic, etc.) and ensure these are accurately reflected in execution systems.
• Maintain sample integration workflows utilized with partners, products, or internal systems—ensuring Customer Success is well-informed about data flows, triggers, and dependencies.
• Assist in the configuration and validation of user portals, representative access, permissioning, and escalate any troubleshooting issues to Engineering/Dev as necessary.
• Ensure all tagging, tracking, click tag structures, and metadata requirements are thoroughly documented and implemented correctly.
• Act as the technical lead during campaign setup, ensuring all data, tagging, and reporting requirements are prepared prior to launch.
• Direct QA testing for data flows and tracking in collaboration with Product and Engineering/Dev.
• Monitor execution after launch, validating ingest timing, PLD mapping, and swiftly identifying technical issues.
• Manage the Jira workflow for campaign launches: Create launch tickets with precise requirements, segmentation details, tags, and timelines.
• Track build progress and clarify requirements for Engineering/Dev as necessary.
• Close out tickets with documentation detailing what was deployed and any modifications made.
• Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and workload to the broader team.
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ad tech, health-tech operations, or technical client success.
• 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries along with supporting data pipelines and integration workflows.
• Strong comprehension of data structures, APIs, tagging/tracking, segmentation logic, and QA processes.
• Capability to translate technical workflows into clear, client-friendly communication for Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving abilities and comfort in coordinating across multiple teams.
