This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as a vital link between Hightouch and our prominent Fortune 5000 clients
• Manage the complete customer experience from initiation through onboarding, ensuring ongoing success and higher adoption rates
• Make certain that Enterprise clients fully comprehend and leverage the Hightouch platform
• Endeavor to grasp customer needs and challenges at a granular level
• Lead customers toward their desired future outcomes
• Drive the evolution of the Hightouch platform
• 5-10 years of experience in a client-facing and/or technology-oriented position that merges business insight with technical expertise
• Background in managing and executing technical projects with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of empathy
• Exceptional project management and communication abilities
• Demonstrated capability to swiftly grasp new technologies and navigate complex systems (SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an ongoing commitment to enhancing technical knowledge
• Proficiency in collaborating across various teams and engaging with diverse personalities
• Capacity to perform well under pressure, meet deadlines, and effectively manage unexpected challenges
• Significant equity compensation through ISO options
• Option for early exercise
• 10-year exercise window post-termination
