This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage proactively in calls and meetings with existing and prospective customers.
• Collaborate on and lead technical discussions regarding ongoing business opportunities.
• Deliver comprehensive recommendations concerning architecture, sizing, implementation, and scalability.
• Provide coaching and conduct presentations in tailored workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.
• Support potential customers in developing robust and transparent business cases.
• Design and present materials that highlight product functionality and performance.
• Lead internal initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes, systems, and tools.
• Utilize your technical expertise as a subject matter expert within the team.
• Serve as a committed team player within our global group, prioritizing mutual support and knowledge sharing.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including approximately 3 years in optimization systems and/or data science.
• A master’s degree or higher in operations research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Proficiency in at least two Gurobi API languages (such as C, C++, Java, Python, C#, or VB.NET).
• Basic understanding of IT and software engineering topics, including networking, web technologies, and general software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Ability and eagerness to quickly learn and utilize Salesforce as needed.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI and a desire to further develop knowledge in this domain.
• 6 months of comprehensive technical training and peer mentoring.
