This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage proactively in calls and meetings with both current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate and facilitate technical discussions related to ongoing business opportunities.
• Deliver comprehensive recommendations concerning architecture, sizing, implementation, and scalability.
• Provide coaching and conduct presentations in tailored workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions.
• Support potential customers in developing robust and transparent business cases.
• Design and present materials that demonstrate product functionality and performance.
• Lead internal initiatives aimed at enhancing our processes, systems, and tools.
• Utilize your technical expertise as a subject matter expert within the team.
• Function as a committed team player within our global group, highlighting mutual support and knowledge sharing as essential priorities.
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, including approximately 3 years in optimization systems and/or data science.
• Master’s degree or higher in operations research, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent work experience.
• Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Proficient in at least two Gurobi API languages (such as C, C++, Java, Python, C#, or VB.NET).
• Basic understanding of IT and software engineering topics, encompassing networking, web technologies, and general software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.
• Readiness and eagerness to quickly learn and utilize Salesforce as required.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, accompanied by an interest in expanding knowledge in this area.
• 6 months of comprehensive technical training.
• Peer mentoring from dedicated team members.
