Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal account teams to determine priorities and create engagement plans.

• Oversee project milestones alongside Customer Success Managers and clients.

• Contribute to deliverables, provide progress updates, and identify as well as mitigate risks.

• Act as the primary source for client technical information and contribute to account strategy.

• Enhance Field Engineering efficiency through documentation, process enhancements, and knowledge sharing.

• Serve as the main technical advisor for client teams.

• Advise on the Dataiku platform's architecture, deployment, operations, upgrades, usage, security, data management, compute resources, ML-Ops, monitoring, and scaling.

• Assist clients with product integration and troubleshoot any technical issues.

• Gather client feedback and feature requests for the Product and Engineering teams.

• Counsel technology leaders on complementary technologies and long-term technical strategies.

• Investigate and support advanced Dataiku use cases, such as edge computing, deep learning, and MLOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English.

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

• Experience in supporting both pre- and post-sales engagements.

• Proficient in Linux system administration, including networking.

• Experience with identity and access management tools like LDAP, Kerberos, Active Directory, or IAM.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Practical experience with Kubernetes setup, administration, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Familiarity with Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystems.

• Experience with Python.

• Knowledge of data science principles.

• Basic understanding of Java.

• Familiarity with ML-Ops practices and tools.
