Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for designated enterprise accounts

• Gain a thorough understanding of customer goals and environments

• Take responsibility for the technical well-being of customer environments

• Perform assessments, plan releases, and conduct best-practice evaluations

• Facilitate the resolution of intricate technical challenges

• Assist with renewals by providing technical insights

• Recognize opportunities for expansion

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or similar positions

• Prior experience with Contruent Enterprise (formerly Ares Prism)

• Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise clients

• Expertise in project controls or capital project systems
