Technical Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate a trusted relationship with essential technical and business stakeholders by leveraging best practices in enterprise architecture, while becoming knowledgeable about the customer's implementation to align with their primary business goals and priorities.

• Analyze customer trends, interpret patterns, and develop action plans aimed at preventing critical issues and mitigating risks.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to deliver monthly or quarterly business reviews to key stakeholders and executives, focusing primarily on the customer’s technical requests and support tickets. If a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is involved, we may integrate this data into the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) to provide a comprehensive update that encompasses both strategic and operational insights.

• Work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Product Management, and other departments to ensure a thorough understanding of customer and partner environments, challenges, and requirements.

• Serve as a strategic trusted advisor to Aria customers, ensuring a unique and high-quality delivery of support.

• Identify opportunities for revenue expansion and notify the account team member responsible for revenue growth.

• Proactively monitor systems and tools, addressing ongoing and new technical issues on behalf of assigned clients, effectively advocating for their needs throughout Aria.

• Build long-term partnerships with customers by aligning their business and technical objectives with Aria’s vision, mission, and strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, engaging with executive stakeholders, and supporting customer technical implementations or transformation programs at an enterprise level.

• Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating within a remote team.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead initiatives to navigate, escalate, and manage technically complex customer requests or projects involving multiple parties and high transaction volumes in distributed enterprise systems.

• Strong communication skills with a proven track record of effectively influencing and engaging with all levels of the internal organization and the customer.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and use time efficiently. Proven ability to meet both internal and external deadlines.

• Skilled in managing customer expectations and facilitating mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Willingness to travel as required (typically less than 15%).

• Proficiency in an EU language would be advantageous.
