This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within designated accounts.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, delivering hands-on support and expertise.
• Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges related to APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities.
• Conduct customer calls to address inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure successful results.
• Oversee technical projects, including implementations, data migrations, and system setups.
• Engage collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams to influence product enhancements.
• Create documentation for processes, solutions, and technical knowledge for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle multiple priorities while upholding a keen attention to detail.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when necessary.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Support, or a related position in a SaaS setting.
• Solid technical background, including proficiency in SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (Python or similar).
• Familiar with Linux command line and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Go (Golang) is advantageous.
• Capability to efficiently diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects at once.
• Customer-oriented mindset, focusing on achieving results and delivering value.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and technical troubleshooting tools.
