This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the customer relationship post-sale for enterprise clients, primarily in the banking sector.
• Serve as the main strategic liaison between customer stakeholders and internal teams, including product, engineering, and project management.
• Ensure the successful implementation, adoption, and growth of AI voice agents.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across IT, contact centers, digital platforms, compliance, and leadership.
• Convert technical capabilities into tangible business results, such as cost reduction, containment rates, and improvements in customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within current accounts.
• Address internal issues and ensure effective cross-team collaboration for resolutions.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in customer-facing technical positions, including Solutions Consultant, Account Manager, or Customer Success Manager.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, AI platforms, conversational AI, contact center technologies, or automation solutions.
• Strong preference for candidates who have experience in banking, fintech, or contact center technology.
• Proven experience managing significant enterprise stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI/ML or conversational AI systems, including LLMs, NLU, and voice bots.
• Understanding of contact center technologies, such as IVR, CRM, call routing, and CCaaS platforms.
• Ability to discuss technical architecture with IT teams while conveying value to business leaders.
• Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and collaborating closely with engineering teams.
