This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and manage 5-10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical standpoint.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for platform utilization, best practices in integration, and architectural decisions.
• Convert complex customer requirements into actionable feature requests, influencing the product roadmap.
• Align business needs with product features to drive proactive adoption.
• Facilitate technical escalations in collaboration with solution engineering, support, and product teams.
• Conduct technical QBRs, integration reviews, and roadmap alignment workshops.
• Oversee platform health, utilization, and KPIs, suggesting improvements as necessary.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.
• Documented experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce architectures, including Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations.
• Understanding of headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native).
• Strong capabilities in interpreting architecture diagrams, API documentation, and experience with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.
• Preferred experience with platform migrations, pre-/post-sales consulting, and knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus.
