This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Ensure predictability in delivery, maintain quality, and adhere to established timelines.

• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as velocity, cycle time, defect rate, rework, and release accuracy.

• Enhance delivery transparency by managing the portfolio and proactively escalating any risks.

• Ensure compliance with global architecture and governance standards.

• Manage Scrum Masters and Technical Product Owners effectively.

• Oversee team performance and engagement, conducting structured performance reviews and development plans.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement systematic improvements.

• Maintain backlog hygiene and ensure disciplined agile ceremonies are followed.

• Foster engineering productivity by promoting best practices.

• Collaborate with the Business Product Owner and Head of IT to convert priorities into actionable execution plans.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong experience in Information Technology.

• Proven experience leading decentralized teams of at least 10 professionals.

• Experience in managing operating budgets (OPEX).

• Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication skills.

• Experience in managing multi-team agile delivery environments.

• Experience working within global and regional matrix organizations.

• Background in conducting formal performance evaluations and development planning.

• Experience managing distributed or nearshore teams (minimum of 10 professionals).

• Familiarity with implementing engineering governance and delivery metrics.
