This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Complete the Convexity onboarding program.

• Connect with the global team during virtual coffee meetings and social hours.
• Familiarize yourself with our hiring processes, tools, and analytics framework.
• Take charge of your hiring list.
• Source highly relevant candidates for our product and engineering teams.
• Present 360Learning’s EVP as if it were your own.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring processes.
• Successfully close your first candidates.
• Draft your own OKRs.
• Expand the variety of profiles you handle.
• Create well-structured interview processes.
• Meet the target number of candidates closed each month.
• Lead your first talent acquisition project in areas such as employer branding and analytics.
• Coach 360Learners on best practices for interviewing.
• Implement impactful enhancements to our hiring processes.
• 4 to 6 years of in-house recruiting experience in hyper-growth tech companies.
• Demonstrated ability to identify exceptional tech talent while promoting diversity.
• Strong instinct for talent with the capability to swiftly screen resumes.
• Excellent interview skills to evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
• Competency in working within a metrics-driven and fast-paced environment.
