• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new business opportunities within the IT and software development sectors.

• Establish, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with clients ranging from early-stage startups to large enterprise partners.

• Present and advocate for Bolder Apps’ offerings, which include staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and comprehensive engineering solutions.

• Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue objectives.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and the organization.

• Work closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to guarantee smooth onboarding processes and high levels of client satisfaction.

• Monitor KPIs, maintain an accurate sales pipeline, generate sales reports, and provide dependable revenue forecasts.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in sales. This could include selling SaaS, agency services, consulting, financial services, real estate, or recruiting, where you engaged with real buyers and successfully closed deals. You can reference specific transactions you facilitated and describe your approach.

• Exceptional written communication skills. Most of our negotiations occur via email and Slack, so your follow-ups need to be concise, well-structured, and effective in advancing the deal.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure. Whether faced with a competitor's poach email, a client hesitating just before signing, or scope changes during a call, you remain calm, acknowledge the situation, reframe it, and continue to drive the deal forward.

• Strong interpersonal skills. You can quickly assess a buyer's priorities—be it price, speed, quality, or status—and adjust your approach accordingly. You don't use a one-size-fits-all script for every interaction.

• Effective team coordination. Our deals require input from engineers, designers, and operations. You know how to brief them efficiently, obtain necessary information swiftly, and accurately represent their contributions without miscommunication to the client.

• Process-oriented. You remember to send the SOW, adhere to follow-up timelines, and manage your pipeline without needing reminders. If you struggle with time management, this role may not be suitable for you.

• Familiarity with a 1099 + commission-only structure. You have either experience with this model or have thoughtfully considered it and believe it aligns with your goals. You're not seeking a base salary; you're focused on potential earnings.

• Quick learner. You should be able to discuss AI agents, LLMs, product engineering, scoping trade-offs, and pricing models competently within 60 days. While you don’t need to be technical, you should be the type of person who can quickly grasp new domains without pretending to have prior knowledge.

• U.S.-based and available during U.S. working hours. Be connected to the U.S. startup and tech ecosystem.
