Tech Recruiter, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, collaborating as a specialist in Technology positions, which encompass roles in Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech.

• Accountable for sourcing and mapping candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, aligning with hiring managers, monitoring processes, and facilitating decision-making until the hiring process is finalized.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and operational roles;

• Bachelor’s degree obtained or currently being pursued;

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for effective data presentations;

• Required experience in recruiting for Technology roles (Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Retail Tech);

• Familiarity with ATS systems, preferably Gupy;

• Prior experience as a mid-level Tech Recruiter;

• Strong understanding of tech sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, among others;
