This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for roles in Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Platforms.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role specifications, candidate profiles, and interview procedures.

• Develop focused sourcing strategies and talent maps for key searches.

• Evaluate candidates for technical fit, seniority, drive, and potential business impact.

• Oversee candidate communication from the initial outreach to the offer stage and closure.

• Provide guidance to hiring teams regarding talent availability, compensation, and market trends.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data, documentation, and context for roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in technical recruiting.

• Proven experience in recruiting Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, or similar technical professionals.

• Familiarity with contemporary data teams, infrastructure, pipelines, analytics, and production data systems.

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, candidate management, and closing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical hiring managers.

• Proficient in written and verbal Russian.

• Proficient in written and verbal English.

• Preferred: Experience in hiring for AI, ML, consumer technology, or rapidly growing startups.

• Knowledge of data warehouses, distributed systems, experimentation, recommendation systems, or analytics platforms.

• Experience in recruiting senior individual contributors and technical leaders.

• Familiarity with tools like Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or technical communities for sourcing.
