Tech Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for technology roles;

• Collaborate with leadership to grasp departmental requirements and establish ideal candidate profiles;

• Develop the job description as per the hiring manager's request;

• Actively seek candidates on platforms like Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter, pinpointing potential fits;

• Perform screening, interviews, and technical evaluations, working with managers to highlight top candidates;

• Conduct interviews to evaluate cultural fit and alignment with company values, in addition to role-specific criteria;

• Maintain communication throughout all phases of the recruitment process;

• Prepare evaluations and analyses of candidate profiles;

• Deliver structured feedback to all candidates, whether successful or not;

• Engage in negotiations with candidates;

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout their journey;

• Participate in onboarding and assist new hires in their adaptation, suggesting improvements for daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in mid-level (pleno) or senior positions.

• Proficient in utilizing recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Gupy, etc.).

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently with a strong emphasis on achieving results and meeting deadlines.
