This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for both technical and non-technical positions — from initial intake and sourcing to offering and closing candidates.
• Develop and continuously enhance talent acquisition processes, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to comprehend workforce requirements, construct proactive talent pipelines, and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure a consistently outstanding, human-centered candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability within Turkey’s technology and fintech sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, including significant time spent leading or developing recruiting teams in a dynamic tech or fintech environment.
• A proven history of recruiting for highly technical roles in IT (such as software engineers, data specialists, infrastructure, product roles, and more).
• An established capability to create or significantly improve a recruiting function — rather than merely operating within one.
• A strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruiting analytics; you leverage data for decision-making, not just for reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal) along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Turkish; possesses solid working knowledge of Turkish labor law and local hiring practices.
• Proven experience working with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential.
