This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Source and recruit candidates for technology-related positions

• Effectively qualify and evaluate candidates

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the recruitment process

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technology recruitment (including developers, data, product, infrastructure, QA, etc.)

• Strong capability to evaluate technical skill sets

• Established connections within the technology sector

• Significant experience utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing and recruitment purposes

• Proactive updates regarding the status of open positions

• Must possess a personal computer for work-related tasks

• A university degree is required
