Tech Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of product rollout initiatives.

• Manage scope and technical risks to ensure that delivery aligns with contractual obligations.

• Facilitate discovery workshops with client stakeholders to evaluate technical and functional requirements.

• Serve as the primary technical authority on the Loyal Guru API.

• Maintain client relationships as the main point of contact for delivery processes.

• Develop and prioritize the delivery roadmap based on business impact and technical risk.

• Proactively coordinate delivery activities among both internal and external teams.

• Effectively track client projects using appropriate metrics.

• Ensure that contractual obligations and deadlines are adhered to.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing intricate IT projects.

• A required background as a Software Developer, Solutions Architect, or in a similar hands-on technical role.

• Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies (familiarity with PMBOK is essential).

• In-depth knowledge of APIs, data modeling, system integration patterns, and Software as a Service (SaaS) principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities in English (C1 level).

• Demonstrated capacity to foster empathetic, trust-based relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Highly organized with a structured approach to work.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
