Tech Product Manager – AI Chatbot

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development of AI products: enhance LLM/RAG and multi-agent workflows (orchestration, tooling, guardrails, evaluation)

• Compliance and security: guarantee adherence to GDPR/EU AI Act, implement privacy-by-design principles, and create safety policies along with evaluation methods

• Product strategy and roadmap: sharpen product vision, outline objectives, prioritize tasks, and manage the backlog

• Discovery and UX: conduct research, generate hypotheses, create prototypes, perform A/B testing, and validate findings

• Ownership of Langfuse: establish datasets, develop scoring and evaluation processes; create dashboards and alerts for quality, safety, and performance

• Delivery: spearhead incremental enhancements

• Data and quality: enrich knowledge/vector stores, set up monitoring and feedback mechanisms, and minimize hallucinations and bias

• Measurability: establish metrics (e.g., task success, latency, safety triggers) and implement them in dashboards and experimental analyses

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of product management experience in a technology setting (experience with AI/ML products is an advantage)

• Strong skills in prioritization and roadmapping

• Practical experience in discovery methods (interviews, problem/solution fit)

• Comprehensive knowledge of contemporary AI stacks (LLMs, prompt design, RAGs, multi-agent systems, vector databases)

• Experience in development with Langfuse
