This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Global Service Delivery: Take ownership of the complete performance and escalation management of the global IT deployment queue, ensuring a smooth and high-quality employee experience.
• Global Asset Governance: Enhance hardware lifecycle efficiency and maintain inventory data integrity across all international locations to maximize utilization and minimize procurement costs.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee and hold accountable regional service providers and distributed deployment teams to ensure adherence to global operational standards.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Foster the standardization and ongoing improvement of cross-functional logistics workflows between internal IT teams and external collaborators.
• Management: A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams, regional service partners, or managed service providers (MSPs).
• Industry Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, enterprise logistics, or IT asset management (ITAM).
• Queue & Escalation Ownership: Proven experience in managing high-volume ticketing queues (Zendesk preferred) and addressing complex, high-priority operational escalations.
• Asset Governance: Practical experience in tracking hardware lifecycles and ensuring high inventory data integrity (Oomnitza preferred).
• Preferred Skills
• Global Operations: Experience in managing international vendors and shipping logistics across various regions (e.g., LATAM, AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Vendor Relations: A successful track record of enhancing performance and SLAs with significant external partners (e.g., CDW, Milestone).
• Data & Optimization: Capability to monitor daily operational metrics, manage inventory levels to decrease spending, and refine cross-functional workflows.
