This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• People Management: Oversee team development and career progression, encompassing the recruitment of new team members, crafting Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and providing constructive feedback;
• Strategic Planning: Serve as an owner and co-owner in the planning process, engage in product planning discussions, introduce enabling factors to planning, and lead ongoing enhancements of our solutions;
• Technical / Engineering Management: Cultivate a Software Engineering culture that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous learning while encouraging a culture of feedback and transparency among peers, leaders, partners, and the team;
• Contribute to and assist with technical decisions across various disciplines including Architecture, Documentation, Technical Debt, Quality, Security, SRE, DevOps, and Data Engineering;
• Flow Management: Act as the primary owner in the evolution of software development processes, which includes Flow Management, Crisis Management, Incident Management, and overseeing the team roadmap;
• Assist the team in managing the Backlog and Workflow Roadmap, engage in ceremonies, apply Kanban practices, foster autonomy and empowerment, and utilize metrics for continuous improvement.
• At least 3 years of experience in directly managing software developers;
• Proficient in Salesforce, Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, Apex, and SOQL;
• Familiarity and practical experience with projects involving JavaScript, Node.js, React, RESTful APIs, Micro Frontend, Design System, and NoSQL databases;
• Experience with microservices and event-based architectures, including serverless solutions and Kubernetes; knowledgeable in cloud and DevOps practices, utilizing Infrastructure as Code;
• Understanding of the development lifecycle and the evolution of digital products;
• Experience working within agile teams and employing Kanban and Lean methodologies;
• Knowledge of facilitation techniques and problem-solving approaches;
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions, assisting teams from problem diagnosis and opportunity identification to execution and value delivery.
