This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Our International Direct Sales team is tasked with developing and enhancing the digital platforms that cater to our resellers in Portugal and Colombia, along with the solutions utilized by commercial teams for managing the reseller portfolio.
• In the role of Tech Manager for the International segment, your goal will be to spearhead the advancement of global platforms that facilitate our operations across various markets.
• You will oversee the Sales Force Squad, guaranteeing the technical excellence of solutions that have a direct influence on commercial management in Portugal and Colombia.
• Manage high-performing teams that prioritize incremental delivery, quality, and scalability.
• Actively participate in the creation of a global, modular, and reusable architecture (Front and Backend).
• Master agile methodologies to streamline delivery processes and support the ongoing evolution of products.
• Proven experience in leading development teams focused on digital products.
• Crucial experience in developing and mentoring the careers of software developers.
• Significant experience working in agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Familiarity with the development lifecycle and the continuous evolution of digital products.
• Experience enhancing processes and services.
• Knowledge of software development best practices.
• Understanding of facilitation techniques and problem-solving approaches.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on issues in collaboration with development teams and Tech Leads.
• A critical perspective on performance and security.
• Data-oriented mindset, assisting the team in pinpointing areas for improvement and comprehending the impact of changes.
• Comfortable in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Experience with portals (web portals).
• Collaborate with the team in designing system architecture with a long-term strategic vision and scalability in mind.
