Tech Lead – Video Templates

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of video templates, motion graphics, After Effects projects, Premiere Pro templates, DaVinci Resolve templates, and other related assets.

• Spearhead technical upskilling and the adoption of tools for Video Template Reviewers.

• Test, implement, and enhance AI-assisted review workflows for template content.

• Develop and uphold technical review standards across all supported software platforms.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance template review systems and workflows.

• Track quality trends, compatibility concerns, and operational risks.

• Assist with escalations related to template functionality, licensing, copyright, AI-generated content, and technical performance.

• Propel automation and innovation initiatives within Video Template Review operations.

• Ensure the ethical and responsible application of AI in template review workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth understanding of motion graphics, video production, and template-based creative processes.

• Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

• Knowledgeable in template structure, expressions, plugins, rendering workflows, and asset dependencies.

• Experience in evaluating creative assets for functionality, usability, and commercial quality.

• Familiar with AI-assisted content creation tools and processes.

• Ability to convert technical requirements into clear reviewer guidance and documentation.

• Strong collaborative skills with Product, Engineering, and Content Operations teams.
