Tech Lead – ServiceNow, IRM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a ServiceNow Tech Lead specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) for key projects.

• Provide technical guidance for the implementation, enhancement, and support of ServiceNow IRM projects.

• Organize, map, and delegate team tasks in line with ServiceNow best practices.

• Convert business requirements concerning risk, controls, audit, and compliance into technical solutions.

• Design and execute solutions across Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management, and Third-Party Risk Management.

• Plan and structure sprints based on user stories and project priorities utilizing Scrum methodology.

• Assist in the configuration, customization, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions.

• Develop and automate workflows, approval processes, controls, metrics, and notifications.

• Configure risk profiles, entities, controls, tests, evidence, issues, and action plans.

• Create integrations and APIs following RESTful principles.

• Support technical decision-making, problem-solving, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and maintain technical quality.

• Collaborate with teams in technical, functional, architectural, security, risk, audit, and compliance domains.

• Participate in client meetings that involve technical and functional discussions regarding IRM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or ServiceNow Technical Consultant.

• Practical experience in implementing, enhancing, or supporting the ServiceNow IRM/GRC module.

• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, audit, and compliance processes.

• Familiarity with one or more IRM components: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, or Regulatory Change Management.

• Knowledge of configuration and development on the ServiceNow platform.

• Experience with integrations, REST APIs, and process automation.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Capacity to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Ability to lead technical decisions and assist in team development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders at various seniority levels.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and delivery-tracking abilities.

• Advanced English proficiency; preferred for international projects.

• ServiceNow CSA certification.

• CIS – Risk and Compliance certification or another ServiceNow IRM-related certification is advantageous.

• Comprehensive experience with end-to-end IRM implementation projects is a plus.

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 31000, SOX, COSO, and NIST is beneficial.

• Experience with SecOps and integrations between IRM, Information Security, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.

• Fluency in English and advanced Spanish is preferred.

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Technology, Information Security, Risk, Audit, or a related field is a plus.
