This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the development team.
• Convert business requirements into actionable tasks for developers.
• Provide guidance to the team with a focus on adhering to processes and setting priorities.
• Ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain effective communication with other teams involved in the project.
• Technical Lead in Development (ServiceNow Tech Lead).
• Senior-level professional with expertise as a ServiceNow specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow components, modules, and functionalities.
• Extensive experience in platform development, configuration, automation, integration, and implementation best practices.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, and API/REST integrations.
• Familiarity with key ServiceNow ecosystem modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and IntegrationHub.
