This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In your role as Lead Architect and strategic advisor, you will translate business strategies into scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
• You will assist international companies in their digital transformation initiatives regarding IT and enterprise service processes.
• Acting as a Trusted Advisor to stakeholders, including those at the C-level, you will serve as the primary point of contact both internally and externally.
• As a Principal Consultant, you will ensure the professional and technical quality of complex client projects, making significant contributions to their success.
• You will lead workshops aimed at gathering requirements, defining processes, reengineering, conducting gap analysis, and developing solution architecture.
• Your responsibilities include developing ServiceNow target architectures, roadmaps, and technical specifications for enterprise-level implementations.
• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, you will specialize in various ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, or CSDM.
• You will design complex integrations and customer-specific applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Your role will also encompass supporting pre-sales activities through solutioning, technical demonstrations, effort estimations, and architecture concepts.
• Taking on technical leadership responsibilities, you will mentor both senior and junior consultants by providing coaching, ensuring quality assurance, and promoting best practices.
• You will continuously enhance your expertise and actively share knowledge with the team through mentoring, community building, tools, methods, and thought leadership.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in consulting or IT service delivery, with at least 5 years dedicated to ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex, and multi-module ServiceNow implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, along with expertise in architecture, platform design, and technical delivery.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist certification, such as CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, or an equivalent.
• Proficient in JavaScript, the Glide API, and web services, including REST and SOAP.
• Comfortable with process modeling, process optimization, and converting business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent command of both German and English languages.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
