Tech Lead – Node, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Design Lead to align on the project's objectives and ensure the delivery of a seamless and high-performance front-end experience.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Create and sustain an environment that keeps engineers motivated, engaged, and continuously improving their skills.

• Take ownership of the project's technical delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables align with the client's goals.

• Select and update the most suitable technologies for the client's requirements, ensuring they conform to our standards.

• Assist the Product Manager in refining discoveries, ensuring that epics and user stories in the roadmap are well-defined, estimated, and prioritized according to business objectives.

• Act as a hands-on contributor to the project, developing features alongside the team.

• Conduct regular code reviews to uphold code quality.

• Oversee the overall software architecture.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the development process and team efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.

• At least 5 years in engineering.

• Over 3 years of experience in building web applications using Node.js and React.

• Experience in architecting software, particularly for projects developed from the ground up, is a plus.

• Familiarity with setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure.

• Strong business acumen; experience in early-stage startups is advantageous.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies and integrate AI into your workflow.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for navigating complex technical challenges.

• Willingness to embrace new technologies.

• Proficiency in English.
