• You are responsible for the technical perspective of Discovery & Delivery as a whole, focusing on architecture, quality, and cost-benefit considerations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing complex software systems and in technical leadership, such as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Staff Engineer.

• A strong sense of architecture, system design, and sustainable technical decisions within evolved system landscapes.

• Experience coordinating with Product and stakeholders, as well as translating business requirements into technical tasks and taking responsibility for the feedback of technical decisions.

• Several years of experience with Java/Spring Boot and ideally knowledge of TypeScript/Angular.

• Proficiency in working with APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and CI/CD in production-oriented software development.

• A high standard for code quality, clear technical principles, and test coverage.

• A good understanding of stability, scalability, and maintainability in operational environments, even with increasing traffic.

• Enjoyment in empowering your colleagues through guidance, sparring, and clear decisions.

• Interest in pragmatically applying new technologies and sensibly integrating AI potentials into the product (e.g., experience with Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
