This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assume complete responsibility for WiFi Tribe’s technology stack, guaranteeing its reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Establish and manage the architecture and workflows for our booking platform, focusing on design rather than coding, to ensure smooth execution by the development team.
• Create, implement, and optimize integrations with third-party systems to improve functionality.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and other teams to pinpoint areas for workflow automation and put solutions into action.
• Work cross-departmentally to ensure that technology aligns with business objectives.
• Plan and carry out the development of a custom Property Management System (PMS) or assess and implement third-party solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure or application issues to keep the team productive and systems functioning efficiently.
• Oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.
• You excel under pressure and can manage multiple priorities effortlessly.
• You are a thorough problem solver who ensures nothing is overlooked. You analyze data to understand root causes using first-principle thinking.

• Experience with payment integrations and CRM platforms to streamline workflows and enhance business processes.
• Proven experience in integrating external APIs and services: Demonstrated ability to connect and manage third-party tools to improve functionality and performance.
• Over 2 years of server administration and management: Skilled in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing server environments.
• More than 2 years of experience in database management: Strong knowledge of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience in running custom web applications: Demonstrated capability to manage and maintain live applications, ensuring stability and performance.
