Tech Lead – Arquiteto .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Lead and manage the development team by establishing clear strategies.

• Conduct technical meetings and monitor the team's progress.

• Remove obstacles for developers to ensure smooth delivery.

• Encourage continuous technical development within the team.

• Propose architectural solutions and mitigate technical risks.

• Plan and oversee deployments and post-deployment activities.

• Maintain constant alignment with other technical leadership within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis, or Computer Engineering.

• Previous experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead.

• Strong background in development using C# with .NET Core.

• Practical experience in cloud environments, particularly with Azure.

• Solid experience in microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

• Mastery of Design Patterns and programming best practices (SOLID).

• Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development tools.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD through pipelines and automated processes.

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage conflicts and expectations.
