Senior Fullstack Engineer – PHP/Symfony, React, DDD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete feature development lifecycle for the core product.

• Design and implement full-stack features with an emphasis on security and scalability.

• Make architectural and design choices that adhere to Domain-Driven Design principles.

• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.

• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitLab.

• Guide junior engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and sharing knowledge.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to transform requirements into technical solutions.

• Assist in roadmap planning by providing realistic feasibility assessments and timelines.

• Work with MySQL at scale, including schema design and query optimization.

• Utilize Docker for service containerization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

• At least 2 years in a senior role.

• Extensive hands-on experience with PHP and Symfony frameworks.

• Advanced practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• A minimum of 2 years of commercial experience with React.js.

• Strong proficiency in MySQL.

• Proven experience in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.

• Awareness of security practices for managing sensitive healthcare data.

• Must be based in the European Union with valid work authorization.

• Ability and willingness to travel to Munich for mandatory onboarding.
