This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Java developers responsible for the design and development of software applications.

• Offer technical direction and expertise in Java development best practices.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering.

• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.

• Experience with Agile Methodology.

• Familiarity with Apache Kafka.

• Strong client relations skills.

• Proficiency in collaboration tools.

• Knowledge of design thinking.
