• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering.

• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.

• Proficiency in English at a C2 level.

• Experience and skills in Agile Methodology.

• Experience and skills in Apache Kafka.

• Client relations expertise.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools.
