Tech Lead – Application Development, Java

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of Java developers in the design and creation of software applications

• Offer technical expertise on best practices for Java development

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions

• Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to team members

• Ensure compliance with coding standards

• Diagnose technical problems and deliver prompt resolutions

• Assess and enhance application performance and scalability

• Remain up-to-date with Java technologies and trends to promote innovation and efficiency

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a Master's degree in Software Engineering

• Oracle Certified Java Associate certification

• Familiarity with Agile Methodology

• Experience with Apache Kafka

• Skills in Client Relations

• Proficiency with Collaboration Tools

• Knowledge of Design Thinking

• Demonstrated Executive Presence
