Tech Lead – AI Inference

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the AI Inference team.

• Provide guidance to a group of engineers throughout the design and delivery process.

• Make direct contributions to production systems.

• Address challenges in inference engineering.

• Mentor engineers through regular one-on-one meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient hands-on experience with large language model (LLM) serving systems.

• Strong skills in Python and C++ programming.

• Experience in deploying and scaling GPU workloads on Kubernetes.

• Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineers.
