Applied AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the technical aspect of projects ranging from initial demos and short Proof-of-Value projects to multi-week production implementations.

• Implementing Claude Code and restructuring the SDLC processes, including code reviews, requirements, testing, and documentation.

• Developing agent-based applications, modernizing legacy systems, and collaborating with business leaders in Sales, Customer Service, and Finance.

• Conducting Claude Code Labs workshops and client training sessions.

• Guiding client teams from beginner to advanced levels in Claude Code, Claude for Work, Cowork, and the developer platform.

• Creating and documenting deployment patterns and integrating them into the client’s methodologies and Anthropic product teams.

• Analyzing client environments, engineering toolchains, workflows, business operations, and organizational dynamics, translating these into technical plans.

• Advising on the implications of AI-native software development on issues, branching, testing, code reviews, and security.

• Leading implementation programs to scale the use of the Claude model.

• Defining project scopes, assumptions, risks, milestones, and dependencies.

• Co-developing agent-based applications on the Claude platform with client teams.

• Building technical artifacts, including evaluation frameworks, MCP servers, sub-agents, and deployment configurations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical role with client interaction (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Technical Consultant) or as a Software/Product Engineer in a high-scale environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Claude Code.

• Strong programming skills: experience in writing, deploying, and maintaining production code.

• Practical production experience with LLM: prompt engineering, agentic design, evaluation frameworks.

• Familiarity with CI/CD, modern SDLC practices, and cloud deployments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Excellent communication skills with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.

• High autonomy and ability to thrive in new environments.

• Proficient in English to facilitate smooth communication within the team (minimum B2 level).

• Preferred: experience in Professional Services/Consulting.

• Preferred: experience in scaling Developer Experience (DevEx) or developer productivity.

• Preferred: experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare).

• Preferred: experience in conducting and managing organizational change (Change Management).
