Tech II, Pharmacy Front End – Non-Clinical Diverts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Reviewing and processing orders

• Focusing on research, assessment, and input of prescription overrides

• Guaranteeing that patients receive their accurate prescriptions promptly

• Referring any ambiguous prescriptions back to the prescriber for clarification

• Achieving designated production and quality benchmarks as established by the management team

⛳️ Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician license in accordance with relevant state regulations where the applicant is located

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a pharmacy technician

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills

• A secure workspace free from noise and distractions, with a door that can close and an ergonomic work area

• Must possess a personal internet service provider capable of supporting a virtual work environment

• Proficient in data entry and knowledgeable in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
