Teamlead People Operations – Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You are responsible for the comprehensive operational excellence of our People Operations & People Support function.

• You will lead and nurture the People Operations & People Support team, fostering clarity, structure, and accountability.

• You ensure that employee lifecycle processes run smoothly and reliably, covering everything from contracts to onboarding and HRIS.

• You will design and continually enhance scalable processes, standard operating procedures, and tools for People Operations & People Support.

• You will convert People & Culture strategy and policies into effective operational workflows.

• You serve as a trusted operational partner within People & Culture, facilitating the function's scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess several years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, People Support, Backoffice, or HR Administration, preferably in a growing organization.

• You have demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for developing teams.

• You have extensive experience with HR processes and HRIS systems.

• You are highly organized, dependable, and focused on execution.

• You are able to communicate effectively in both English and German.
