This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee all essential HR functions, which include onboarding, offboarding, employee record management, HRIS administration, and collaboration with PEO partners.
• Ensure that HR processes are efficient, scalable, compliant, and centered on employee needs.
• Maintain precise employee data, reporting, and HR documentation.
• Discover opportunities for system enhancements and workflow optimization.
• Act as a reliable advisor to managers and employees on matters related to employee relations.
• Guide managers through performance issues, workplace challenges, and tough conversations.
• Support investigations, documentation, corrective measures, and conflict resolution while promoting consistency and fairness.
• Manage the company’s performance management program, which includes goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and employee development.
• Collaborate with managers to enhance coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Monitor completion rates and ensure a uniform employee experience throughout the organization.
• Oversee recruitment operations from job requisition through onboarding.
• Work alongside hiring managers to provide an outstanding candidate experience.
• Supervise interview scheduling, job offers, background checks, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Manage employee referral initiatives and recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with brokers, benefit vendors, and our PEO to ensure the smooth administration of employee benefits.
• Assist employees by addressing benefit inquiries and resolving benefit-related issues.
• Aid in the annual open enrollment process and ongoing benefits communications.
• Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations while working with General Counsel on complex issues.
• Update HR policies and procedures as regulations change.
• Support audits and guarantee that HR documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
• Administer the annual compensation review and bonus processes.
• Prepare HR reports, compensation analyses, and workforce metrics to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Contribute to ongoing People programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Proven experience supporting organizations (or divisions) with over 50 employees in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Strong preference for candidates with healthcare experience, particularly in supporting a Physician Corporation (PC) and Management Services Organization (MSO) structure.
• Familiarity with federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience in administering HRIS platforms (such as Gusto) and collaborating with a PEO (such as Prestige).
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
