This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Establish the architecture for Teamcenter Quality modules, including Non-Conformance, CAPA, Audit, and FMEA integration.
• Create integrated solutions that connect configurable product structures with quality processes and compliance requirements.
• Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable design patterns.
• Architect Teamcenter Quality solutions, covering Non-Conformance Management (NCM), Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA), Audit Management, Supplier Quality, and Issue tracking.
• Design the integration of quality processes with product structures (BOM) and change management workflows (ECR/ECO).
• Facilitate closed-loop quality by linking field issues to design and configuration.
• Define the integration strategy among CAD systems (NX, CATIA, Creo), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MES/Manufacturing systems, and Quality systems (both internal and external).
• Ensure seamless traceability from product configuration to manufacturing, quality, and service.
• Implement integrations utilizing SOA/REST APIs and event-driven architecture.
• Provide governance for the BMIDE data model and extensions related to configuration and quality objects.
• Guide development efforts using ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC).
• Maintain a balance between out-of-the-box features and customization needs.
• Lead comprehensive implementation programs for Teamcenter quality module capabilities.
• Define the roadmap for digital quality transformation initiatives.
• Mentor team members while providing architectural leadership.
• Establish governance protocols for quality processes and regulatory compliance, including ISO, AS9100, and IATF 16949.
• Ensure systems are audit-ready with complete traceability.
• Define validation strategies to ensure the accuracy of quality workflows and data.
• Optimize system performance to support high transaction quality processes.
• 15-18+ years of experience in PLM implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with Teamcenter Quality (QMS modules).
• In-depth understanding of quality processes, including NCM, CAPA, and audits.
• Experience with BOM management (EBOM/MBOM).
• Knowledge of variant conditions, effectivity, and occurrence management.
• Strong expertise in BMIDE for data modeling and extensions.
• Proficient in AWC configurations.
• Experience with ITK/SOA APIs.
